1. Our Commitment
Align & Innovate, LLC is committed to providing a digital experience that is usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing operational responsibility rather than a one-time certification.
2. Accessibility Standard
Our current objective is to design, maintain, and improve the Aligned Before AI™ website and core digital content with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
This statement describes an objective and ongoing effort. It is not a representation that every page, file, embedded tool, archived asset, or third-party integration currently conforms to every WCAG success criterion.
3. Measures We Take
- Use semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and meaningful link text where reasonably practicable.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states for core interactions.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and avoid relying solely on color to communicate essential information.
- Use readable typography, responsive layouts, and sufficient color contrast in core page designs.
- Review forms for labels, instructions, error identification, and logical navigation.
- Consider captions, transcripts, or equivalent alternatives for instructional media where appropriate.
- Evaluate reported barriers and prioritize remediation based on severity, frequency, and impact.
4. Known Limitations and Third-Party Content
Some content or functions may be supplied through third-party platforms, embedded forms, payment tools, course systems, video players, documents, or integrations that we do not fully control. Accessibility may vary across those systems.
We do not use third-party control as a reason to ignore a reported barrier. Where feasible, we will work with the provider, modify implementation, offer an alternative method, or provide the information or service through another reasonable format.
5. Requesting Assistance or an Alternative Format
If you experience difficulty accessing a page, form, document, video, course component, or transaction, email [email protected].
Please identify:
- The page, URL, file, or feature involved.
- The barrier encountered.
- The assistive technology, browser, and device used, when relevant.
- The information, service, or alternative format needed.
Do not include sensitive medical information. Provide only the information reasonably necessary for us to understand and address the barrier.
6. Response and Remediation
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide either a resolution, reasonable alternative, or status update as promptly as practicable. Complex remediation, third-party dependencies, or content conversion may require additional time.
Requests are evaluated individually. A requested modification may not be available when it would fundamentally alter the service, create an undue burden, compromise security, or conflict with law, but we will consider effective alternatives where reasonably available.
7. Feedback
Accessibility feedback is used to improve the website, course delivery, documents, media, and operating procedures. Reporting a barrier will not affect your eligibility to purchase, participate in, or receive support for the Foundation System.
8. Statement Review
This statement is reviewed periodically and may be updated as standards, technology, content, vendors, and accessibility practices evolve.
